  • How do I open a LottoGo account?

    It’s easy to get started! Simply tap ‘Log In/Register’ at the top of the site and click ‘Register for a New Account’.

    If you don’t have an account, you’ll be prompted to register whenever you reach a Checkout page. From there, you'll just need to enter a few basic details to ensure that we can top up your account if you win. 😎
  • How can I close my account or remove my details from your website?

    If you would like to permanently close your account, please contact a member of our Member Support team either by using our Live Chat feature or by emailing support@lottogo.com.

    In line with regulatory requirements and our license conditions, your personal and transaction details are retained securely on our database for 6 years following your account closure.
  • How do I access my LottoGo account?

    Log in to your LottoGo account by tapping ‘Log In/Register’ at the top of the site. Enter your email address (or unique Member Number, which was provided to you when you first registered) and your password.
  • How do I change my password?

    To head over to your Account Settings and change your password, please tap here. Follow the instructions and tap ‘Update Password’ to confirm your changes.

    When changing your password, please ensure you follow the below steps to keep your information protected: 🔐

    1. Never share your password or security questions with anyone. This includes in Q&A-style quizzes posted on social media channels - giving away all your answers to lots of personal questions greatly increases your risk by putting your potential security answers online. ❗

    2. Create passwords that are hard to guess (but that you can remember!) and don't use your personal information. Be sure to include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Experts say the best passwords are based on 3 completely random words put together, along with a mix of numbers and symbols. 🔎

    3. Use different passwords for each of your online accounts. If you struggle to remember, why not create your own cheat sheet with 'clues'? Just be sure not to write your passwords down! 🤓

  • I've forgotten my password - what do I do?

    No problem! You can reset your password by tapping ‘Log In/Register’ at the top of any page on the site, and clicking "Forgot Password?". We'll then email you (using the email address registered to your LottoGo account) with further instructions.

  • I am under 18 years old – can I still register with LottoGo?

    No. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your country of residence) to set up a LottoGo account.

    It is illegal for anyone under this age to register for an account or to use our services, and we are legally required to verify the identity and age of all our players and accounts as part of the provision of our services.
